NEUCA 2025: over PLN 158 m in adjusted net profit for shareholders of the Parent, the highest ever referral rate and an impressive market share in the segment of independent pharmacies
  • In 2025, the value of the pharmacy wholesale market exceeded PLN 50 bn growing by 7.7% y/y1. The launch of new pharmaceuticals2, including innovative drugs used in the treatment of diabetes and obesity, non-reimbursable for the majority of patients, had a decisive impact on the resulting momentum3.
  • In 2025, NEUCA Group produced PLN 13.6 bn in sales revenues which means a growth rate of +8.2% year-on-year (in the fourth quarter alone, the Group’s sales exceeded PLN 3.5 bn with a growth rate of 9.3% year-on-year). In 2025, NEUCA’s market share amounted to 29.3% (in the period from October to December 29.1%4), and in the strategic area of independent pharmacies: 38.4%5, both in the entire 2025 (representing the highest annual reading in the history of the Group) and in its fourth quarter.
  • In the past 12 months, NEUCA has kept its average annual Net Promoter Score of 70 points achieved in 20246 (including 71 points in the fourth quarter of 2025). In the customer satisfaction ranking, NEUCA invariably takes the highest places in each of the surveyed categories7.
  • As at the end of December 2025, 2,000 pharmacies participated in the Świat Zdrowia and Partner partnership programmes which means an increase by 4.8% as compared to the same period a year before. A high level of trust in the Group contributes on an ongoing basis to a consistent rise in the number of participants in our programmes.
  • The financial performance of NEUCA Group in the past year was similar to 2024: PLN 386.1 m in EBITDA (-2.1% year-on-year) and PLN 158.3 m in net profit to shareholders of the Parent (+3.2% year-on-year). In the fourth quarter of 2025 alone, similar profits rose 15.9% (PLN 91.7 m EBITDA) and 17.9% (PLN 29.9 m net profit attributable to shareholders of the Parent)8.
  • In 2025, NEUCA paid a dividend of PLN 16 per share (a total of ca. PLN 71.7 m). In 2026, the Board of Directors’ recommendation includes the distribution of profit to shareholders in the form of a dividend at PLN 17.8 per share.

– In 2025, our diversification strategy once again proved its advantages. Our core segment of wholesale distribution of medicines, combined with the manufacture segment, once again showed relatively high resistance to exchange rate fluctuations and high variability in the area of clinical trials, which, combined with dynamic growth in the area of the medical operator, allowed to maintain the net result at a level close to 2024. We are already in 2026 and we are seeing further events that will have an impact not only on the global market but also on our market. We are prepared. We respond and we are convinced that we will meet all the challenges and expectations of customers, partners, and above all patients – says Grzegorz Dzik, President of the Board of Directors of NEUCA S.A.

Last year, the pharmaceutical wholesale market was growing dynamically. Despite the challenges, the industry has kept steady growth driven by rising drug prices and increased demand. The introduction of new rules for prescriptions marked “Dz” (children) and “S” (seniors over 65 years of age) on February 14 last year significantly affected the structure of trade and the supply chain. NEUCA also noted high increases in the value of sales of reimbursed prescription drugs by more than 15% and not reimbursed ones by more than 13%9. GLP-1 agonists, used also in the treatment of obesity, still predominate in this segment in value terms. A rise in the value of sales of drugs from this group compared to the previous year is more than double. It has a significant impact on the average retail price of a non-reimbursable Rx drug package which increased year-on-year by as much as 11%10.
